All flights are dependent on weather conditions, which are to be approved solely by the pilot;
Flight delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (such as the denial of flight concessions for one or more parties involved, technical difficulties regarding the helicopter or inappropriate weather conditions) will not give parties involved the right to any form of compensation.
Terms of Cancellation:
If the client cancels their flight, STAR WORK SKY s.a.s. reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. If the client cancels their flight 48 hours before the established departure time, STAR WORK SKY s.a.s. will charge the client for half of the amount agreed upon.
If the client cancels their flight 24 hours before the established departure time, the client will be charged for the entirety of the flight service’s cost.
STAR WORK SKY s.a.s. may cancel a flight due to weather-related, technical or operational reasons. Should this occur they will reimburse the service price if the client has already paid it. Any further compensation will not be paid.
